The VidiaLearn service, branding, and software are owned by VidiaLearn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

The platform may integrate third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for third-party offerings and their terms apply separately.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidiaLearn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notice channels.
